I’m always looking for spectacular and memorable ways to end my training sessions.  During the last SpeakersTrainingCamp Instructor Certification Program I ended by handing a packet of flower seeds to each graduate.  My message was:  continually plant seeds.  As a successful business professional, keep meeting people, networking, join organizations, pursue referrals.  Always plant seeds for future business, and then nurture your contacts by keeping in touch with them.  Seeds won’t grow without the proper conditions, and neither will a business.  I hope they’ve planted the seeds in their gardens, and I hope they have begun planting the seeds for their sprouting businesses.
