Sue has specialized in communication skills for over 30 years. Prior to starting her own company, Sue was Administrator of Motivational Programs for General Dynamics. She headed the Quality Circles program for 10,000 employees and delivered public relations presentations throughout the U.S. She was awarded the General Dynamics EXCEL Award for program excellence and the National Management Association Director’s Award for outstanding project achievement. She received an MA from the University of Kansas and a BS from Penn State.
